Exchange Eligibility

Products purchased from The Fabric Lounge can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

The item does not match the original specifications as displayed.

How to Claim an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

Notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing photographic evidence of the defective item to support@thefabriclounge.com.pk

Upon approval, return the product within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that return delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

Items purchased at a sale price are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Refunds

We maintain a No Refund policy. However, in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock, a refund may be issued. Please allow 7 working days for the processing of returns and refunds. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled any time before processing. The Fabric Lounge reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to, items being out of stock or pricing errors.

Disclaimer

The Fabric Lounge reserves the right to deny any claim if the product is returned damaged or if any components are missing, including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, and accessories.

This policy is applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders only.
